Shipping policy

All of our products are made to order and processing time for standard orders will  typically be 5 DAYS in addition to shipment.

If you hope to wear your purchase for a special occasion, and you require expedited delivery, please be sure to contact us, and we may very well be able to make you order within a shorter timeframe. 

Shipping normally takes 1-5 business days depending on your location.

We offer FREE SHIPPING within Norway.

We ship for FREE WORLDWIDE on orders of the amount of NOK 2000,- or above. Flat rate shipping cost NOK 250,- for all other orders.

Please note: All international orders outside Norway are shipped delivery duties unpaid (Delivered At Place -DAP) which means that customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. To determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase please contact your local customs office.

Please note that shipments to rural areas may result in longer delivery times. This might also apply to shipments being held for inspection by the customs at the destination.

We ship with FedEx. All orders are packaged and shipped from our studio in Norway. Once your order has been shipped, you can track your package by the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. 


As we work with third-party shipping partners, ISELIN is not responsible for packages lost in transit, but will provide additional support to track and claim your purchases. If you are concerned about shipping to your region, please contact us.



Return & Exchange Policy

As each jewelry piece is handmade to order, some items may not be returnable (typically products that are made to measure). This will be stated clearly on the product page. All other items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. You will have to pay the shipping costs for returns, and we recommend that you use a courier that provides tracking info and an insurance/ guarantee for the value of your products. All exchanges and returns are subject to review and must be returned as shipped, and in perfect unworn condition, postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please note: Shipping and duties fees are non-refundable. 


How do I return or exchange my purchase?

In the event you are not completely elated with your items, please notify us as soon as possible so we can work together to find the perfect design for you!

Once you decide on the product you would like in exchange for your purchase, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Once your return is reviewed and processed, we will ship your replacement item. Again, all returns and exchanges are subject to meeting our quality control standards. ISELIN has the right to refuse any product that does not pass our internal review. 


If you received a faulty item:

Each of our items are quality tested by a rigorous inspection prior to shipping. Due to the fact that each of our designs is handmade to order, some irregularities in detailing may occur and are part of the appeal of supporting hand-crafted slow fashion brands.. That said, if by the rare chance you feel you have received a faulty item please contact us immediately. 


To enjoy and prolong the life of your jewelry, follow the care instructions carefully. Always treat your piece/s with care. If your product breaks due to a production error, you have the right to claim compensation within 2 years from the date you purchased your products. However, this right will only apply if you provide valid proof of the date of purchase. Depending on the product and damage ISELIN can choose to replace your product or repair it, or in certain cases issue a refund. We reserve the right to decide what kind of compensation to give in each case. If the damage is caused through your own fault ISELIN will not be responsible for the compensation. We may be able to repair the product agains a fee, or you can bring the product to your local goldsmith for repair. ISELIN reserves the right to decline unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.
